Link to a Free Article

I want to post a Bulletin that has a link to a free article that I wrote on Medium. Again, the article is not monetized. However, I get a 403 error whenever I try to post the link here.

Here is the text (note that I did not put a working link here):

I wrote a 100%  ↪ free ↩   article on Medium that challenges readers to identify every last glow-in-the-dark boldface lie it presents, and I'd like to extend that dare here. Can you find any of the many falsehoods within the text?

The original had a link that opened to a new page (target="_blank")so the FR page stays open.

Any ideas?

Oh yeah that's probably a false positive flag from my security system, I will get this resolved in a few hours (:
