I'm really in the mood for some fettuccine alfredo rn 👀 (it could literally be any pasta though, as long as it's good and doesn't have seafood in it...)

Slurrrppps

That's mine, thank you. I'm taking it.

If u have time, make a carbonara or a bolognesa. Here's my bolognesa recipe! No measures, cook from ur heart (not bc i dont measure anything lol):

Tomato sauce

some red tomatoes

ground beef

onion

Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce

Rosemary, basil, lavender (dried, obviously), pepper, salt, garlic, clove

Wine if u have (red is the best option!)

Your favourite pasta, tho spaggetti is the best one for bolognesa

First, you dice as fine as you can some basil, onion, garlic, and mix it with the ground beefto make small meatballs, fry them in a pot. Meanwile put your pasta with some cloves, a bit of garlic, onion, pepper, and a bay leaf. Once you have your meatballs cooked take them out of the fire. DO NOT THROW AWAY THE POT! instead, mix in a blender all the spices, the tomatoes and the tomato sauce and pour it in the pot, add wine and mix on low heat till reduced about a third of the way, taste it and adjust salt and pepper, If u want you can dice some basil leafs and add them to the sauce. Serve your pasta straight from the drainer, add the meatballs and then as much sauce as you want.

If u cant find dry lavander o a particular spice, any italian seasoning wil be enough for everything, but try get some fresh basil tho.

Hope you like it!!!

Just an online girl~

@xX_aneixxita_Xx thank you so much! That sounds delicious!

If you like spice, you should try carbonara buldak or rose buldak. Rose buldak tastes a bit like Mac n cheese to me. But I also like chicken Alfredo with some broccoli in it.

Always rolling with the punches and pushing on through

My always go-to pasta sauce is the putanesca sauce, plus is so easy to make. U just need

Tomato sauce

Virgin olive oil

Black olives

Anchovies

Oregano

Some garlic

And basil.

Put the tomato sauce w the olive oil, oregano, garlic and basil on the pan till it's hot, then add the anchovies till it dissolves and add the black olives. If u add some cheese on top of it is such a plus too

@Zu1sid4l_kaix3 that sounds great!

@Yo_ I swear its so yumyyy 😭 I love eating it sm

Planning to try this one out myself once I do groceries, looks pretty simple and easy to make 😋
