Tubi has a good selection of cartoons. I watched Transformers G1 and Justice League Unlimited there. There’s also Pluto tv which is basically live broadcasts kind of like watching tv using an antenna.

I use lookmovie.2 ! they usually have everything I want to watch-- there ARE some ads but I've never got naughty pop ups (ifykwim)
