If you like tomato soup here's ingredients & tools you need 4 it! (Didn't feel like typing out steps don't flame me..I might type them out when its not 2am)
ingredients:
3 Heirloom tomatoes & 3 Roma tomatoes (Or use whatever tomatoes, but I like these two!)
1/2 red onion
1/2 white onion
Half a garlic clove
Italian seasoning (contains basil, thyme, oregano, rosemary, & marjoam)
Fresh basil & oregano (It makes a difference somehow even if its already in the italian seasoning bc its fresh and not dried..)
salt
pepper
chicken broth (If you don't have this then you can substitute it! vegetable broth or maxing a chicken bouillon cube into water works)
milk or heavy cream
olive oil (other oils like avacado oil work too)
balsamic vinegar
(All seasonings & liquids are eyeballed..I measure with my heart..and my eyes)
Tools/equipment (exlcuding spoons, knifes, and a pot bc those are a little obvious):
baking tray
blender (or immersion blender)
cutting board
*If your soup is too liquidy/watery then you can use a corn starch slurry (1tbsp cornstarch + 1 & 1/2 tbsp water) if you don't have cornstarch then you can use all purpose flour
