which creepypasta is/was your comfort character?

i feel like a big reason people were into creepypasta growing up and now is because you related to them in some way and they became ur comfort character. for me, i had a really bad stutter growing up that i was always bullied for, so i saw myself a lot in ticci toby. also because i had a lot of family troubles too. so in a way u relate to their struggles even if u aren't violent and still wanted to be a proxy and stuff XD

My top fav gotta be jane the killer my love mostly came from how much people hated her back then and misogyny, i always had a soft spot for female hated characters 😿. and my second fav is ben drowned! Cuz i liked zelda back then 

Jeff the Killer and mr slenderman himself have definitely been my comfort characters! I think, for jeff, i could relate to his bullying, weirdly neglectful parents, and the ~weird ominous feeling~ he kept feeling all story XD. Slenderman, idk. i guess i really wanted to be a proxy rofl

nina, jeff, and slenderman are some that i still have an odd soft spot for. idunno if its necessarily me relating to them, i just thought they were super cool

if by comfort you mean biggest fear of your childhood then I would say Slenderman. I grown up and still live in a dense forest in the smokey mountains so thinking that there was a tall Slenderman with tentacles who abducts children really made me scared for my life, especially at night. I still fear going out into the forest at night, not because of Slenderman or the Rake (even though there was a sighting of the Rake a couple months ago in Pender County off of Hwy 210) but because of bobcats, cougars, coyotes, and black panthers. BLACK PANTHERS DO EXIST MY CLASSMATE IN 3RD GRADE CAUGHT ONE ON CAMERA AND SHOWN IT TO THE CLASS!!!
