[low-ish?? priority] there's a way to see what private accounts say on their page

I have an alt for testing layouts and noticed that despite it being private, you can still see information like the bio/interests by searching keywords. the accounts aren't friended or anything. I don't know how big of a deal this is, but I'm also not someone who owns an actual private account. it just gives me a strange sense of being able to see something that I'm not supposed to lol

Similarly when making a layout it shows the option to have it private, but, when not logged in and searching my name, it still is shown just below my account.
