Tsuyome is a broad term to describe a strong, tough look. Tsuyome, in Gyaru, is an incredibly popular substyle. It is essentially a strong, bold and sexy substyle.
Every aspect if Tsuyome is incredibly bold. This style requires bold makeup, often accompanied by bleached or heavily styled hair. Platforms, wedges and knee-high boots are commonly seen, with D.I.A. being the prominent brand for this substyle. Accessories are worn in excess. Nails are often medium to long in length and heavily decorated.

This substyle falls under the shiro gyaru category, yet you can still participate in the substyle regardless of skin tone. This style isn't necessarily similar to rokku, yet something useful to remember is that Goshikku is usually very monochrome/dark in colour, whilst rokku can feature light pink and even greens.
