Not something that truly makes you feel ashamed, just something where you do it and think "well that was something I shouldn't have done"
Like for me, when I'm scared suddenly I scream exactly like Goofy then laugh. I mean a perfect mimic of Goofy's scream. I've tried to stop it, but it just happens on instinct
omg when i get too comfortable with people and then i show my true colours and they're like "bro what the fuck happened to you???" im just like "oh."
also when i interrupt someone by total accident... daymn that stings..
I didn't shower daily or brush my teeth daily until I was 20. I'm autistic and showers were hell, so was mint toothpaste. When I was 20 I was growing and progressing in my life a lot, and I figured it was time to figure my shit out and start being more hygienic. I learned that shower steamers and a shower speaker playing my comfort book helps me enjoy showers, and using kids watermelon toothpaste makes me not hate brushing my teeth! It's been 2 years and I still do both every day, and for the first time in my life, I have no cavities!

When I'm interested in something and someone asks me about it, theres a few times where I cannot shut up even though other person might be bored (and I see that but idk why I keep going half of the time), and times where someone might try to switch the topic. Its embarrassing sometimes cuz dude shut up ain't nobody tryna hear all that. idk maybe I was in the mood to talk alot lol
LOL that happens on accident with me and Instagram, for some reason it likes to show me the creepiest spookiest stuff at like 2 or 3am. Also love the Bulletproof Monk quote 😂
I lowkey talk to myself out loud alone i don't realize it until I'm deep into my imagination and thoughts it makes me feel like im schizo lolz
