Yikes, that's tough.... I don't know what to say but maybe try doing something like play a game while trying to remember it or something then hope that it'll pop out in your head.
Maybe is that a band related thing?

Did you walk into a room and then forget? There's like this mental phenomenon when you enter a room you forget because of the scenery change. Often if I forget something I just walk into the room I was thinking about it and then I remember. Sometimes it doesn't work and sometimes it does.
