Workout motivation?

Back to Help & Advice

Howdy hey and hello! So for context, I'm 16 and have painfully low testosterone levels, so that never really helps in the muscle department. I'm sort of sick and tired of being light as a feather and weak as one too. I've been meaning to work out and eat better, but I just haven't had the motivation to... I'm better at the healthy eating thing than doing any sort of equipmentless strength training since food doesn't make me miserable and equipmentless strength training does. So... does anyone have any advice for me? Going to bed soon so I'll be checking for a little while longer today, but mainly tomorrow.

Thank you!

it might not be the same for everyone but working out is just really fun for me, put on a show or a youtube video that you can listen to and understand whats going on without having to look at it and just do whatever workouts are good for you, also using this app that makes you do a push up for a minute of social medias also helps, i forgot the name but you can search and find it

Hello everybody, Ive always sort of thought to work out to improve myself, because im also just a skinny dude, and i dont look that good either, but i never really managed to keep it a consistent routine, i always forget about what i am supposed to be doing and never actually begin, but there are so many other things i have to do / want to do in my free time that i feel a little exhausted over keeping everything in order, and after all, im not super dissatisfied with my body, i just think that i am wasted potential.

@trition , I mean, if youre satisfied with your body, I dont quite see the whole "waste" here. I just want to work out because I have the time and energy to do so 9/10 times a week and feel like I get winded too easily! But I totally get feeling that way. Hell, I feel that way sometimes. So like... solidarity, bro.
