Girl Meets Rock (slice of life and music based), Banana Fish (deeper subjects, action, little bl on the side), Mob Psycho 100 (action and comedy), Madoka Magica (mahou shojou, fantasy, psychological), and Go For It, Nakamura-kun! (Comedy, slice of life, BL) they’re all very good and fun to watch/read!

Black Butler! Fantastic manga, the anime's season 1 and 2 are fucked so if you wanna google the watch order for it you can do that but just reading the manga is a great option too

My personal favourite are Hunter x Hunter, Fullmetal Alchemist/Brotherhood (both versions are really good, they start the same but have a completly different ending and development of the plot), Bungo Stray Dogs (manga), Jibaku Shonen Hanako-kun, Monster (please watch it), Kuroshitsuji, Banana Fish, The Promised Neverland (manga). You should totally watch them

I def recomend Welcome to the nhk, Life lessons with uramichi oniisan, and watamote! they all kinda have a simular vibe in their own way but i think they are rly good.
