it's a hard thing knowing deep down what you want to make, but not having actually made it yet (or worse, not having the resources to be able to make it). this is especially true if it's a bigger project that could take something like months or years to create. in the end, you know that it'll be worth the time you put into it but getting to that point is very difficult and sometimes even painful. what do you think?

I've been there somewhat- the trouble is being able to reconcile that getting a crew together almost always involves a lot of moments where there'll be pieces to fill again and again as gaps grow with switchovers, and often things seem like they're unstable enough to fall thanks to said gaps
the issue is that if it's a big project, you have already gotten a personal high in momentum yourself, and have built it with a seemingly familiar group that shares that
losing some of those groupies and having to switch them hurts because the movement, the drive, the vibes, have been disrupted, potentially significant, and you're scared you will NOT have the same groove coming back in once you try to organize it all together again
it's not easy, but it's always worth the struggle
the challenge makes the reward sweeter
