I'm really looking for more reality shows OR sitcoms to watch, so as long as it fits the lines of those two genres I'll watch it

Saw you like adult animated shows, gotta throw out some bones to mission hill, tuca and Bertie & venture bros. Just like a general sitcom though I'd recommend Titus.
This may be a bit controversial, but I would say Girls Next Door or any Playboy Documentary like Wet & Wild for Example (If you are into that type of interest...).
Sup. Just a heads up, this show might test your patience because of the people on it, but Big Fat Gypsy Weddings is brilliant if you're into fashion. Everyone's always trying to outdo each other with the maddest outfits, so it's a proper good watch

I wouldn't be shocked if you've seen all of these but I def recommend (for sitcoms) i'ts always sunny in Philadelphia , corporate, community, st Denis medical, arrested development, scrubs, peep show, spaced, the young ones(this one is reallllyyy stupid so if you don't like 100% unrealistic plots or laugh tracks then don't watch) andd psych is a dramedy rather than a sitcom but its really really good! quick warning that a lot of these are kinda hard to get into from the first episode
For sitcoms I'd recommend you check out Modern Family! It's actually pretty funny and entertaining. I even binged the first 17 episodes of Modern Family in a day because I was so hooked.
