cassava cake (my fam calls it yuca cake). i tried it once last year during a family reunion in honduras (where most of my dadβs side of the family is from). itβs really sweet and has a soft almost gooey texture π€€π€€π€€
i wouldnβt say itβs really weird but i had never tried it previously and itβs not a common dish where iβm from (usa) lol.Β

A leaf. Not a snack but I tried it, it wasn't that bad but I didn't like the texture it was bit too frailish but hard.Β
