I've see a lot of users, especially the younger ones, who've put their city in their location and y'all, don't do that, it's one of the most basic parts of internet safety.
I get why it might not seem like a bad idea, even if you're in a big city, but it can very easily backfire, and make it easier for someone to locate your exact area.
The internet makes it scary easy to figure out someones location, so the best way to lessen that risk is to avoid mentioning your exact locations.
Saying your country sually safe unless its incredibly small, while with the state, I'd recommend avoiding it and only speaking in general terms (i.e. the south, the midwest, northeast, etc etc) but if its a larger state, such as California, it may be safer.
