you should watch Abbott Elementary if you haven't already! it's a really "cozy" show that i love to watch while i'm knitting, and there's a new season coming out in october

The first clerks movie is a really good start if you wanna watch a really funny indie film (I saw indie because it was made as an independent film) Kevin smiths View Askewniverse is great on all levels. Mallrats and Chasing Amy are both really good. Honestly just give all of Kevin smiths movies a watch lmao, he’s got some gritty stuff too.

if you're looking for a new hobby, you should try balisong flipping!!!!! or any skill toys honestly :) it's fun and flashy and a really cool skill to show off HAHA not only that but, since it's a skill, you'll feel accomplished when you learn new things!! and once you get to the point where it's mostly muscle memory, it becomes sorta like a fidget toy too. having it on hand all the time has made my screentime significantly decrease since i'd rather pick up my balisong over my phone. ANYWAY HAHA i just really want more people to get into this awesome hobby!!!!!!

you don't gotta start with a real knife! a lot of us use trainers instead which basically have blades that are completely dulled out. the hobby does get pretty expensive when you start getting better trainers BUT i started learning on a 2 dollar knife and it was good enough for me to learn the beginner tricks!
it's pretty niche yeah and it's the reason why i tell everyone about it HAHA it's really so much fun and i'd love to have more people to talk to about it!!! if you're ever curious about the hobby just hit me up!!!!!!!!

Summer break can be long but i bought a wood carving kit and its so fun even though im quite bad at it. You can do almost everything and it has this cool rough aspect, recently i carved a vampire with big cheeks, lil sis loved it ;)
