I'm curious. I personally chose bae over bay tho

Saving Arcadia Bay, it was the easiest choice imaginable.

Chloe is an asshole to you and everyone around town throughout the whole game. If you play the game again and pay attention to Chloe's compliments, literally 95% of them are only when she is complimenting your powers your complimenting you directly after you use your powers.

I started playing the game while knowing what the final choice would be and thought "oh yeah I'm gonna save Chloe easily" after seeing the people of Arcadia Bay. But once I finished the game, I realized the fact that this town has literally no bad people in it(other than the villain of the game).

Throughout the game literally every single person in town either

A- Become a better person and regret their past misdeeds

B- Prove they were never a bad person in the first place and we just didnt know their motives

C- Was just confused but had a good heart

D- Was literally just a schizophrenic kid getting manipulated(Also before anyone stupid enough to think this implies I'm saying "Nathan did nothing wrong". No, he still committed heinous crimes and he should face proper criminal justice for it, but he does not deserve death. He has a chance to get better and deserves actual therapy and a chance to re-integrate into society once he is out.)

When choosing between "A whole town of people who have grown from their bad behavior and are very happy/nice" and "The girl who has been a bitch to you and everyone around you throughout the whole story and does not show a single TINY bit of growth"?

Yeah the choice isnt really difficult there.

Although this goes without saying but despite me being extremely critical of the "save chloe" choice, its still a game lmao if you chose to save chloe because you just like her a lot then its understandable too.

Oh forgot to add it but I think with how Chloe and Max were written in LIF, I think their little epilogue in Double Exposure was really well done and is a realistic outcome to them as Chloe "fell in love" with Max at the end due to the events of the game and the whole "Saved my life" thing rather than falling in love with Max as a person. They understood the momentary teenage crush born from surviving a disaster really well
