My parents are pretty strict. I mean, if I didn't do a chore, they'd take my phone until the next school year type shit.

The only way I can contact my friends is through my phone, I haven't had my phone for at least four months, and I'm actually losing my mind. Summer break isn't as fun as I thought it would be. I don't have school, but I'm trapped with my family since they don't let me have sleepovers at my friends' houses. The nearest one is LITERALLY next door. And when I asked for my phone back, they said I wasn't mature enough for my phone yet???
I'm glad that I only have to wait 10 more days until I can see them again.
