I need some advice

So, I need help with something. I'm think I'm gonna ask my mom if i can switch back to in person school after homeschooling for about three years, of course I'll have to wait till next year cause it's too late now, but I don't know how or when to bring it up. I know she won't get mad at me but it's still so nerve racking cause I know I'll have to explain why I want to go back and I don't want to make it seem like she has anything to do with this, cause she doesn't. But anyways, if anybody has any suggestions on how or when I should bring this topic up, your help is greatly appreciated. Thank you if you read this and double thanks if you give me advice. I would make her a cup of tea or smth and just sit down when she is in a good mood and just talk about it try to be open and neutral and talk about the reasons why u want to switch back xxx

Have a sit down chat over smth u both enjoy and just explain that it has nothing to do with her teaching u and that u love her but u wanna switch to in person for whatever reasons, being social or different oppertunities or wtv

everything else that people said and try to think of reasons to convince her you should go back, eg socialization can help build skills that will be essential for work in the future and you'll get way more opportunities at a real school
