Hi, I've been baking for a while now, but for my cookies, they never look the way I want them to. They always look light in color and not that 'aesthetic' after I've cooked them. I just use the regular cookie recipe, but I do use only brown sugar and I always add in an extra egg yolk. I wonder if those are the reasons? I really want my cookies to look like these (photo below) because they look amazing (mostly asking about the look since I'm selling them at school!). Mine usually look lighter and they don't have those edges.. I don't know how to explain them but they kinda look like a dome shape? like a parenthesis if you understand..
Argghhh I don't know why it added the photo twice...
Well how do your cookies turn out normally? You could compare how they turn out to the pictures of the cookies you gave.
