you can already add css layouts to bulletins tbh
same as blogs - just switch to html mode and well

i just been lazy and aint bothered rly making one yet 
okay thats true but its more convenient to be able to just take from the blog layout's
@yashujibs i recommend using f12 (inspection mode) to see what all the target-able elements are on any given page
there are prob slight differences to a blog layout and a bulletin layout tho i aint rly spent much time looking at bulletins tbh
anyway i'll be posting a tut on using inspect mode to craft layouts this weekend
okay now i realized the bulletin's layout worked out fine FUCK
im guessing my internet was kinda bad when i did it due to the fact that the images didnt load
but thats a good idea ngl, teaching people how to make their own layouts instead of relying on premade ones :P

The autoplay feature for music would be nice, but I fear that it would interfere with the footer music player if someone was already playing music through it, y'know? Unless maybe there was a way for @Def3ct to update the site so that doesn't happen lol
