I think it would be cool to be able to edit the status of a forum post.
I'm thinking by default a forum post is considered "Open" to reply and comment on. No need for a label. But I'd also like to label a forum post as "Pending" and "Closed." Those labels will show up and allow for better sorting. Closed posts can go to the bottom by default or something like that.
This way, when the author of the post is sick of responding or has gotten all the information they need or whatever, they can close it down. The post ought to still be searchable and maybe even commentable.
I dunno, what do you think, Defect?
