spider-man has been there for me ever since i was a preschlooler ngl. sam reimi movies have been ingrained in my brain ever since even tho as an adult i know now that theyre not so perfect. i might not be the truest fan who read all the comic runs and watched every show and shit but thats still the character i'll always come back to. like i always get new interests and sometimes i get bored of them but spider-man will always stay im NEVER getting bored of him thats my biggest comfort character
the second favourite is iron giant because i was crazy about that movie in my childhood (mom said i used to watch it 7 times A DAY) and it kinda shaped me. hes literally the embodiment of hope and kindness for me in this fuckahh century.
ps. the way iron giant's message would NOT slide nowadays and it would get called "woke slop"....💀
