how do ppl make such dopes profiles? do they get the layout from a diff site or they all code it by themself?

You can get an already made layouts from here , or you can coded it 

I personally did something creative, I got an already layouts and only change the picture and backgrounds and everything,  how to say it , I already don't know how to code but I noticed i can replace the pic link on every code

The background code ? I replaced the pic link by the pic I want 

The comments section background? I went to see which code is for the comments section background and changed it.

And like this , easiest way to make your profile in the way you want even if you don't know how to code.
