Mine is "The Guilty Are Among Us" (Suçlular Aramızda) from Türkiye, released in 1964 and directed by Metin Erksan. It's a story about how a very valuable necklace is stolen from a rich family's house, but the thieves realize that the necklace is fake. I really liked how the movie depicts the conflict and struggle between the social classes in the city.
And "Vizontele", released in 2001, is about the first arrival of television in a small village in Türkiye. Vizontele is the word people use for television in the movie; the movie is fun, but the biggest reason I have the movie as one of my favs is the ending, but I don't want to write what happens here in case someone wants to watch it.
