well there's μ-Ziq - one of the og rephlex artists. like aphex, he's put out records under a number of diff aliases, reserving the μ-Ziq moniker for his more in depth work. he's collaborated with aphex quite a few times. particularly the duo produced album, "expert knob twiddlers". a lot of his music borrows elements of jazz, funk and soul.
then you got squarepusher and just as with μ-Ziq, his first album was released on aphex's rephlex label. he's a talented multi instrumentalist, mainly bass and there's a great deal of acid funk and abstract jazz influence that you can feel on many of his albums, particular "hard normal daddy".
if you liked aphex's early ambient vibes, you'll probably also love boards of canada, plaid and autechre - all of them are part of the warp records roster which aphex has been signed to for many, many years. oh and check out ceephax acid crew, squarepusher's younger brother. some the stuff he's put out is absolutely crazy. XDD

Honestly they have some notable similarities with industrial/aggrotech, so it depends what elements of the music you're looking to replicate. I'd suggest maybe Psyclon Nine.
