I have no idea how it works but i'm unemployed and have no money (a chud) and I can't draw but I want my OC drawn. Maybe I should just try and draw her and hope for the best ┐(´ー｀)┌

@N00DL3-C4T okie tysmm anyway she's supposed to be an alien clown with a frilled dress with light pink, cyan and soft yellow colours and bows, light pink short layered hair up to her shoulders on the sides of her head and a small cyan bow in her hair. She also white gloves and long white socks with pink mary jane shoes which also have sprinkles.
Her skin in completely white like a normal clowns and she has a big pink heart on her left eyelid and a big yellow star on her right eyelid. She also has pink blush on her cheeks, black winged eyeliner and pink cupid-bow lips.
Oh also in terms of facial features, she has a heart-shaped face and pink eyes. She's also Japanese/Canadian so she has Japanese facial features. And if you need it she's 5'0 and 18, and has a small figure (not petite tho).

‘Commission’ implies transaction so not really, but I do know artists who do ‘Art Requests’
it’s mostly people who want practice outside their box and so will make ideas for other people :>

-Cons: mostly done by beginners for practice, so it won’t look like the mona lisa

You can't really, artists take commissions for money so it's unlikely; there's a chance that if you put your oc into a "i draw your oc" challenge you MIGHT get chosen but that's rare. what i would recommend making your oc in a dress-up game or even in picrew (always read permissions though). Honesty i'd mostly recommend learning how to draw but I'm biased because I'm an artist lol. Ibis-paint x is free on mobile and tablet so i can recommend that if you want to learn to draw and have no traditional supplies. If you're not interested in drawing though there are many dress up games out there that are free
@Toffee.moon i think i'll practice my drawings more and hopefully i'll get to a point where i'm happy with my art :) but i think when i was asking about art commissions i was really thinking about art requests sooo i wasn't really thinking when i wrote that
you can it just depends on which artists will take you up on that offer
well.. technically, if you're asking someone to draw your OC for free - that's not really a commission anymore. that would be more like a free request/art trade depending on what you're offering.
you can always ask around, though, some artists do free requests or even raffles/giveaways.
