For me its gotta be Sonic Unleashed. I just adore the speed and reaction based gameplay of the daytime levels, and I get a kick out of the platforming and combat of the werehog even if its not the deepest. Along with that the music is the second coming and arguably the best in the series, plus the visuals are still stunning to this day.
