personally, I love love re7, I'm just a huge ethan winters fan. but I gotta say, I heavily enjoyed resident evil requiem and its totally competing for first in my favs.
my fav is re5 i just think its super fun to play & im a sucker for blonde jill LOL. re7 is my second favorite!!!! im replaying requiem right now for my brothers hehe

People might trash Resident Evil 5 but if I have a friend over, I actually will throw that game on as it is rather a great co-op game for someone who's never played it.
Resident Evil 2 and 7 are the best in the series for me. Those two games managed to scare the hell out of me, restrict me from not being too much of a main plot armor character type, and were very good with resource management.
Resident Evil 4 is a nostalgia trip but I think I overplayed myself with that one. Both the original and remake are great. Nothing else to say about it.
Resident Evil 3 remake...now that I can say was the disappointment for me in the franchise but it wasn't bad. Just heavily cut compared to the original.
Re1 remake and RE original trilogy!
