so i made a custom cursor in hopes i could figure out how to apply it to my new layout, but i put the code for it in the HTML and it didnt rlly do anything, i know next to nothing about html/css coding so maybe theres something crucial that im missing, if i am missing something, it'd be really great if someone could help me out with this!! </3
