what are your guys hot takes on the eva franchise?
my hot take is that its not that good and i dont see why ppl think its such a masterpiece
@pocztowykolesย i think people call it a masterpiece because of its realistic characters and complex themes and symbolism along the way of the series, plus the stunning visuals ahead of its time and just the overall vibe
it goes into alot of depth in such a short time and has a really unique world concept as well with angels, humans and biomechanical creatures which kind of bridge the gap between manmade and natural
some of the characters have really unique designs too, so thats probably why
Hot take: AsuShin is just the straight version of BakuDeku. (I hate them both btw)
No disrespect to ppl who ship them i js dont really fw the trope "bully x whimp" yk???๐ญ I'm not into that masochistic shi, coming from a person who relates to both Shinji and Asuka.
