How do you sell an adopt?

Anyone have any experiences with that?

I posted a drawing of a random oc design I made a while ago and it got quite popular on pinterest (27k views, 694 clicks, and 259 saves at the moment) so I started wondering if I could sell that guy. I'm not planning on using that design like ever, I'm probably not even gonna draw him again, and getting some coins out of that brief idea doesn't sound too bad... Anyway, I don't know what would be an acceptable price for it, so I have absolutely no clue how I'm gonna make this work.

Anyone with experience?? pls help???

As someone who has gotten the occasional adopt, Toyhouse is a good place to at least make the process easier (in terms of transferring the design to someone, thats what I prefer anyway). 

As for pricing, it kinda depends honestly. If you're really desperate to sell the design, you can always go for the 5-15 USD range. A big factor I see is whether or not a base was used for the adopt. If one was, it tends to go in the 5-15 USD range (which is, from my own observation, the most common kind of adopt).

At the end of the day, it depends on what you personally believe the design and the artwork is worth.
