ive only ever been to tyler the creator and twice :3 but i also did watch a few musicals!! i am going to go see bruno mars next year too

yessssss aaaaaaa !! i’ve been to 20 concerts so far in the last four years with two of them being festivals ^^ the highlights were definitely the cure, oasis, radiohead and the killers :D

mcr, lebanon hanover, mayhem, some local post-punk bands in my city, sisters of mercy, orgy, the birthday massacre, rosegarden funeral party, ling tosite sigure, and the cure so far
i work at a few concert venues, does that count? LOL. it's always interesting to see what kind of people show up for each concert. a lot of artists seem to have an unofficial "dress code" where everyone dresses up very similarly, which especially amuses me when it's an artist i don't like. for example, country music concerts attract dudes all dressed very plainly and boringly but the girls are always in heeled boots and minidresses, like it's illegal to wear something that covers their knees or something and the silhouette must be maintained at all costs. lots of cowboy hats too (chicago cowboys????)
as far as going to concerts myself, i am a cheapskate so i've only been to small punk shows in diy venues. i like hardcore and the more drone styled stuff so i mostly lurk in the back headbanging or whatever, i'm not a mosher or anything exciting. i love music, but my taste is more for the kind of stuff that you're supposed to listen to with headphones at home.
