If you frequently like to shop in thrift stores, maybe you could take a picture of something that looks cool or unique
@1dk Another idea related to shopping, if you find a piece of clothing that has a pattern like a leopard print, maybe like zoom into it and you could have a cool pattern photo or whatever. Idk this stuff is from my mind
anything you'd find visually interesting..Usually I just take photos of some sceneries, small objects, insects and birds

i usually take photos of nature, the sky (sunsets particularly)....when it is winter i will be taking lots of landscape photos, winter is always so beautiful to me.....i also take photos of interesting architecture, if you go to thrift stores you can find really interesting and unique things to photograph as well......going out and walking around just anywhere at all is key, just keep your eyes open, anything that catches your eye you should take a photo of
