Sony recently said this famous quote that "only unreasonable players would truly believe they owned their digital games.
But now they are getting sued again!!! Many times on their blog posts and related websites to Playstation had many times directly mislead players litterally saying they own their digital games.
What does this mean in actuality.
1. Sony things the judge and consumers are ignorant.
2. It means now Sony is at high risk of being told by a judge to stop using the term buy when you the player purchases a digital game. To something like rent or buy a license.
Because what Sonys terms of services says about how you have a limited license that can be revoced at anytime is different then what Sony is telling the consumers to their faces.
I recommend people pay attention to the outcome of this.
Sony is either lying or they want their cake while eating it too.
