Alright so I don't really know how to start this vent/rant whatever it really falls under, but lately I've just been a tad bit peeved at this one friend that suddenly just.. Got popular out of nowhere basically. Originally I had my doubts they'd replace me but lately I've slowly but surely been believing that I am getting replaced, we already don't do the stuff we used to do and to add the cherry on top (forgive me if I used that the wrong way) they're in a relationship now so now I'm about 89.5% sure I already am replaced, we don't talk as much unless its in the server and even then its just one exchange so I cant read too into it, there's really no point in doing that so why would I bother with it?
Sorry if this is all over the place btw, I just mention things that suddenly popped into my mind like the fact they're almost ALWAYS in a voice chat in another server, I opened up to them about this previously and got the usual "I get that" kind of message, they did mention I could join the servers voice chat, but I already mentioned that I get easily overwhelmed in packed voice chats, hence why I never joined it, I hate overlapping voices.
In short, my whole issue is just the fact that we've became distant ever since they became popular, I don't really wanna say what fandom they're popular in because I don't wanna risk anything to happen to our friendship regardless of how quiet it has been. And god forbid someone KNOWS what the main meme they're popular for
(No it isn't some guessing game, smh.)
But yeah, that's kinda all I wanted to get off of my chest, just the usual friend stuff.
(Though I shouldn't even say its a "usual" thing since this is literally my second post here lol)
Fun fact, they spend hours in that voice chat, that place is like a 24/7 nightclub if I'm being honest.
