It's almost October, which means the fall vibes are starting. I take my fall movie selection VERY seriously! For my movie lovers, what is a must-watch this time of year? I wanna check some new stuff out!
For me, I like a bit of everything. Coraline, Carrie (1976), Creep, and Idle Hands are some of my favorites! What about you guys?? Top 1-5 must-watch Halloween/Horror/Fall .....
i watch the nightmare before christmas every october and every december. its tradition lol. my other favorites would probably be ernest scared stupid and beetlejuice
@xXPanikPuppy_ParkerXx love it! the classics. The Nightmare Before Christmas is on rotation HEAVY from nov-dec !!
i LOVEEEE rewatching practical magic, halloweentown, hocus pocus & the ginger snaps trilogy in fall !! but, given as the second one just came out recently, my biggest recommendation off the list would def be practical magic. also, i wasn’t a fan of it personally, but, ‘the witches of eastwick’ is an alright movie to give a chance this time around. the plot was insane, but i kinda lived for the overall vibe and aesthetic of it. :)
side note, idle hands is SO underrated. such a great movie!
jeepers creepers & the sinister movies are also pretty good movies to watch, but they’re more in the horror genre. sinister especially, but, still great nonetheless!
@headphonevirus I have never seen Practical Magic!! BUT i will watch it soon! same with the Ginger Snaps trilogy and The Witches of Eastwick :)
I found Idle Hands by complete accident but I tell anyone willing to listen to watch it 😅 i just love the 90's-boy vibes haha
I have a couple: The Witch by Robert Eggers, Fear Street Part Three: 1666, and Corpse Bride!
@eevarrlee The Witch is on my watchlist for sure!! ill watch just about anything with A24 tied to it
ALSO i need to watch the other fear street movies!! I've only watched one of them :0

@wade {¬ºཀ°}¬ I lovee the live action Scooby Doo! in fact its so good i watch it year round 😅
although its not techincally a film, the full runtime of over the garden wall is less than 2hrs and it has incredible vibes for autumn !! for actual films, the thing & halloween are go to classic horror
@theo_mp3 WAIT yess I have watched it before for the autumn vibes but It has been a while! time for a rewatch!!
Scream is always number 1 LOL hocus pocus, Halloweentown, nightmare on elm st, jeepers creepers 😍 I have a list I like to go down LOL

another favorite of mine has to be scary godmother: halloween spooktacular... i watched it a little while ago when it wasnt even halloween time, and it was so chaotic and fun i loved it so much hehehe
I have Idle Hands and The Crow on the same tape so I abuse it every spooky season
August Underground, Fetus, and Cannibal Holocaust are some of my favorites
