I'll go first: Tumbling Doll Of Flesh
This is a found footage horror movie about some people filming porn that slowly turns into snuff
The first half is censored pron while the second half is the snuff part and it is extremely hard to watch
They cut off her leg while filming, cut a wound into her and have their guy fuck it, and more
Very fucked up movie, I would only reccomend it to only the most seasoned of horror enjoyers

@dean h Megan is missing was so gross, mostly the fact it was made at all. The director definitely has some unfortunate fetishes. The Poughkeepsie Tapes is really similar too but it's so over the top it's basically a comedy

A 1945 WWII documentary that didn't hold back on the horrors of the Holocaust. It showed how people were tortured, experimented on, and even depicted the Allied Powers forcing German citizens to dig up, bury, or relocate the corpses of the victims that had died in the concentration camps. I learned stuff from the movie that I hadn't known previously, and it haunted me for weeks afterwards.聽
Definitely one of the hardest movies I've ever watched.
@eevarrlee that reminds me, no one really talks abt japanese unit 731 from world war ii, they also experimented on people in disturbing ways. the documentary men behind the sun was about that and that was really disturbing
I can't think of anything I've watched that was聽that聽bad, but I've seen Crash (1996) and there's some pretty nasty stuff in that.聽

@OfGladness The tattoo licking scene grossed me out so bad!!! I have it on VHS which mades all the old fashioned special effects more realistic聽
120 Days of Sodom is a really hard watch, I understand why the director was murdered. I feel like a lot of Gorehounds kind of ignore the political purpose in favour of chest beating about how they felt nothing while watching it.聽
@Chains_Of_Love that's another one I gotta get around to as well, unfortunate that everyone ignores the politics of the movie tho

@scumfucmotherfucker If you still want to watch it the letter you need to skip is K that was the one with the Child Grape scene but I honestly don't know if its worth watching, also the film was put together by a bunch of small film makers globally. So I am not sure who to hold accountable for it but yeah..

goodbye uncle tom. ive seen several films that fall into the mondo category but something about this one made me feel very uncomfortable. its especially uncomfortable reading the backstory of the film and the historical context that it was filmed in haiti under a brutal dictatorship. i also didnt like how it felt as though the people making the film werent taking it seriously or even trying to accurately or respectfully depict the transatlantic slave trade and were merely making it for shock value. its probably not the hardest watch ive seen but it was pretty recent that i watched it so its still very fresh in my mind.

@scumfucmotherfucker i feel like it is essential viewing for anyone interested in mondo films but yea definitely keep in mind the films negative history
@Wei Shen apparently the devilman manga is better, that may be worth checking out at least. also doa is on my watchlist too, takashi miike is a goated director
Incendies. Definitely wasn't as bad as the one in your post, but it was a hard watch. I don't wanna spoil but whatever you feel at the middle you won't feel at the end. A ten out of ten but I'd rather eat lead than watch it again
