i tried to post a couple bulletins probably a bit too close together yesterday and i assume i got rate limited or there's like a spam prevention protocol type thing or something, because an error would pop up after i posted a few times close together. no big deal, i figured i'd just wait it out. however, i still cannot post a bulletin today when i try, i just get an error T_T
