so i have this code that puts an image wherever on my profile, and i was wondering if there's a way to tweak the code so that it stays in exactly the spot i want it, and doesn't move with scrolling or changing window size.

if you want to see what i mean it's what's used for the safety pin, iv bag, and little stamp PNGs on my profile. the safety pin in particular is supposed to sit right on the corner of my profile picture. im still pretty new at this so i don't quite know yet how to change stuff in certain ways, and if you think a whole different kind of code entirely would work better i would love it if you shared . thanks anybody !
Try changing the position to absolute to make it stay in the same exact spot when scrolling
