my parents are planning to buy a simple alice in wonderland dress and are asking me to do the bloodstains, symbols, necklace, markings, etc, maybe even diy the tights idk !!! the bow might be a problem, thoughhh...... this is what she looks like !!!!!!!!!!
hell yeah american mcgee's alice! cosplaying her with your base dress ultimately depends on your proficiency though. blood stains are easy enough but about the rest:
for the necklace i would probably make the horseshoe out of a grey decorative foam sheet, you can get those at any craft store really, then make a hole going through it horizontally and run string through that. a real decorative horseshoe might be too heavy for that.
as for the bow, you could probably buy some fabric to tie a bow with, then attach it onto the back with just a needle and thread. if not fabric you can use a white shirt and cut out the shape you'll need. you can use the same material to make the symbol patches at the bottom, too, and apply those even using any glue that works well with fabric.
