Most valuable (money wise): My cochlear implants. Replacements costs thousands of dollars and so do spare parts. I take very good care of them and each version I've had only breaks down when they reach the end of their lifespan (5-6 years usually). I did have to get one of my magnets inside my head replaced because it broke when I got hit by a sled at full-speed sometime in 2010/11.
Personal value: I have two paintings made by a niche artist named Lori (the name signed on the canvases) that I've owned for as long as I can remember, always hanging side by side in my bedroom. They are in good condition but very old (I think they were made sometime in the early to mid-2000s, but I'm unsure).
