does anyone else use a zune?
i feel like im the only one here who uses a zune. i have a black 120gb zune, but the battery only lasts like 6 hours though. however i plan on getting a refurbished 80gb zune (with a new battery and ssd inside). i only got this specific one (even though 120gb is too much for me) because it came with a case, and zune cases are IMPOSSIBLE to find it seems like. also, the smaller sized zunes (the 4gb/8gb/16gb ones) are honestly cute, especially the pink one imo.
...but as a zune fanboy, i will admit that yeah the zune did have so much potential, but failed because of microsoft's fault releasing it too late at a time when the ipod already dominated the MP3 player market. if they released it in like 2003, it might've had a better chance of being successful. oh, and the "squirt" feature is pretty cool (look it up, along with some other cool features). but the name is, um, odd. lol.
ipod users may be offended by this, but:
i love my zune! i actually was about to get an ipod, but im so glad i got a zune. i also think the name is cool and unique, just like its UI which still looks modern and clean. and zune is so underrated (especially the zune HD i feel like) and it has FM radio, useful in case you get bored of the songs you have on it. meanwhile the ipod is extremely overrated and has no FM radio. plus, the zune software is just better and cooler than itunes.
fun fact:
there's an official windows XP zune theme by microsoft. it looks awesome, and i honestly can't live without it when using XP! (the media center theme goes 2nd place).
