i need an addicting game to run away from responsabilities

i went back to some cute nostalgic mmorpgs like toram online nd mabinogi, also ff14 

but nothing new that truly hits!!!!! I want something thats as addicting as identity v back then..

i dont have the time to play big ass games (i didnt even finish metaphor: refantazio )

i dont know what!!!!!no reddit forums can help me!!!!
