I'm actually having a hard time saving money because I'm homeschooled, and I don't have my own phone. I used to have my own tablet when I was in sixth grade, but unfortunately, it broke. and i just live without any gadget to use until now, i just borrow like that 😭. I really need a temporary phone for now because I'm struggling without one. It's difficult not being able to stay updated on what's happening around me, especially since so many things are happening at school. It's also hard to keep up with school announcements and updates when you don't have a phone. I usually go to an internet café just to get online, or I borrow my sister's tablet whenever I can. I can't really borrow my mom's, dad's, or sister's phone because, well, it's a long story. Let's just say they tend to make it an issue whenever I ask to borrow their phones. 😭 Anyway, I'm also having a hard time saving money now that I'm in senior high school because I'm homeschooled. Back when I was in junior high school, my mom would give me a daily allowance, and it was much easier to save money because I received money every day before going to school. Of course, I still had to study and attend classes, haha! But honestly, saving money was so much easier back then. Things are different now, though. Since I'm homeschooled, I no longer receive a daily allowance, so it's become much harder for me to save money. That's why I'm thinking about getting a job so I can earn my own money and become more financially independent. How can I apply for a job when I'm only 16 years old? I really need a phone, but I also need other things, such as new clothes and a new bag. My old bag is already broken, and I don't even have a bag of my own to use whenever I go out with my family, friends, or anyone else. There are also other things I need to buy, including some important necessities. I know I can't afford to buy everything at once, but I want to start saving money so I can gradually buy the things I need. I really need advice on how to start applying for jobs at my age. I'd also appreciate any recommendations for jobs that I could realistically do as a 16-year-old homeschooled student. I want to know where to start, what kinds of jobs I can apply for, and how I can earn money despite my age and situation. I'm willing to learn new skills and work hard as long as I can find a safe and realistic way to earn money while continuing my education.
