i was a little emo myspace teen 20 years ago. i saw the change to 2.0 and the collapse when facebook absorbed everything and slowly drained itself of anything resembling personality and a space where people can just exist online without being a product. i never stopped missing spaces like this. i tried out spacehey and idk. something about it didn't grab hold of me. this feels simpler. idk. the world is so fucked up, so i think we all deserve to latch onto things that remind us of when things felt less fucked up.
