Can concur, I played the 3DS port around Christmas last year and it was a great experience, definitely looking forward to getting round to Wind Waker, Skyward Sword and Majora's Mask when I get the chance! I was also lucky enough to not be spoiled the Cuckoos by my brother's girlfriend or the rest of her family... it was quite a shock when I found out, but also pretty hilarious. I know it's a weird thing to be proud of, but I'm happy that my desire to make Link a chicken sandwich is what caused my first game over, haha!

Ocarina of Time 3d was actually my first Zelda game. When I saw that trailer for the remake, I nearly cried.

I LOVE OOT, not only with the mechanics, puzzles and etc. but i love the story behind it!! I remeber 3 years ago i watched a whole video about it after playing and how the main theme of the game was Zelda growing up and holding responsibility which really anyone can relate to growing up!! :)
