When I try to upload a video I get a pop up saying "Unexpected token '<', "<!DOCTYPE "... is not valid JSON" and this is the network tab giving me a 504 error

this time everything looked like it was working fine but it got stuck at 100% and said Upload failed: Status check failed (HTTP 500)
