when i go to the site on my phone it says "connection not private" and that this site might be stealing my information yada yada yada.
what can i do to fix this???

what i did was personally just give it a bit or restart my phone??? idk it's weird
like ill restart it and then it'll say i have to go to apple support but then it just turns back on so..
sounds like ur phone's blocking the site because it cant verify the safety. try incognito or a vpn if u still cant access.
And if its a website issue, u should be able to just refresh the page :P
I'm using this on my phone right now and for me it works just fine.
I guess it might be an Internet Browser issue so maybe try switching Internet Browser?
