- Swamp Ophelia by Indigo girls comes to mind, like immediatly. I've only seen this one on a library CD, but still quite cool
- She's so unusual by Cyndi Lauper
- and probably the Cure's greatest hits album
- also the artwork inside ghost's CDs is always really cool

Brace Yourself by Dropping Daylight, all the art is so cool, it's got a freaky medical theme with crash test dummies as people. my favorite detail is that the CD is embossed with a seatbelt to match lol [pics here]
tame impala's album currents has pretty cool cd art. and any of delerium's cds look incredible -- i love the one for semantic spaces :)
